Dr. Johnson Biography

 

Welcome to Hudson High School! I am honored to serve as a building leader and to be part of a school community that is deeply committed to academic excellence, student growth, and meaningful relationships.

With over 19 years of experience in education, I have served as a Spanish teacher, college professor, and school administrator, working to create engaging and supportive learning environments for all students. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Education from Ohio University, a Master’s degree in School Administration from Cleveland State University, and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from the University of the Cumberlands. Throughout my career, I have remained passionate about expanding opportunities for students and helping each learner reach their full potential.

At Hudson High School, I am dedicated to fostering a culture where students feel seen, supported, and challenged. I believe in the importance of building strong relationships, maintaining high expectations, and creating equitable access to rigorous learning experiences. I enjoy partnering with our talented staff and supportive families to ensure that every student is prepared for success beyond high school.

I value open communication and collaboration, and I strive to create an environment where students, staff, and families feel connected and empowered. Together, we can continue to build a positive school culture that promotes growth, resilience, and a strong sense of belonging.

Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my family and supporting my children in their academic and athletic pursuits.
